Ahmed Ebrahim Al Rabiah
A SHORT PROFILE
Ahmed is a seasoned banker with experience spanning over 30 years in the corporate and investment banking industry. At present, he is the founder of Al Rabiah Financial Consultancy Firm - ARMAALY, a licensed firm by the Ministry of Commerce for non-commercial papers advisory, and the CEO of Karam Arrimal Financial Consulting Company for non-securities. Earlier, he used to be the Country Head in charge for developing corporate relationships with the Energy & Utilities Sector at Gulf International Bank - GIB and leading the efforts to win mandates for equity and debt capital markets to major Oil & Gas Corporations. Prior to joining GIB, Ahmed was the CEO of Bait Al Mal Al Khaleeji - BMK, A CMA licensed organization. He was also the CEO of CIMB Islamic - Bahrain Branch. Earlier he held various senior corporate banking positions at Riyad Bank, United Saudi Bank - USB and Saudi Hollandi Bank - SHB.
Ahmed is a graduate of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals KFUPM in 1984 and has several executive certifications from University of Pittsburgh and London Business School.
